Ms. Sylvia is a Human Capital & Development Manager in Zoser AG , she develops and administers various Human Capital plans and procedures for all company personnel, Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Develops, recommends and implementing personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files equal employment opportunity annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; interviews and selects applicants; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-patching program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
